I should say that I want my points to be 24-34 and I have such a huge range because I am fairly active. A really good day for me would be to eat 28 points and exercise 4. On a less active day, good is around 24 or 25.

I like WW's new way of determining how many points you get in a day. Much more realistic then before. Before I would get 22 and that would leave me just a tad moody and starved....

So I ate 30 points today and I exercised 2 points. Not bad for a Friday.
I agree-WW really does keep improving. Many years ago I remember when you couldnt have peanut butter for the first couple weeks! You dont deny this girl peanut butter...oooh no!
A couple ideas on the evening snacking...I just cut up some GORGEOS pineapple and cantelope, oh so yummy and perfect for these hot days and nights weve had here. Also, I bougt some WW icecream cups last night, mint choc chip & turtle sundae. Have not tried them yet but the have not failed me with the other flavors. I got some Skinny Cow icecream sandwiches also. I like to knkw they are there...gotta hide them from my kids.
Hope you have a terrific weekend!

Ahh yes Debbi I love my peanut butter and almond butter. Also love those ice cream sandwiches. It was a bit too good of a weekend if you know what I mean. But really fruit is the best especially when craving something sweet. I LOVE pineapple.

So, I am done my extra points and over a bit, but I shall not get down about it. Why? Well I did work out 10 exercise points over the course of the last 2 days. I have 25 points to use and that IS what I will nourish myself with.

Thank you Lara for starting this. Maybe just what I need for awhile.

Anything new at WW lately? Or is it classified? Have a great day/week all.

I tried something new this week. I thought it was pretty tasty . Has anyone tried the Fiber One bars? I have the strawberry which is 2 points and the peanut butter (of course) which is 3 points. They were both good...like a treat, especially the peanut butter. Id choose it over a candy bar, ok maybe not every time Just thought Id share a good find. Anyone else stumble on something worthy???

Your doing great! I tend to, or at least have in the past and so far this time, lose a decent amount and then little to none for a couple weeks. It is a little depressing but we need to keep the long term in mind, right? If I had stuck with a little, even a tenth per week or every couplle weeks, I could have been rid of this looooooong ago. So hold on to it and dont row backwards like Ive done. Geez, didnt mean to sound like a mom giving you a lecture. Hope you get me
