I'll try to get that recipe on here today. It's a little hectic, my son has been sick and my daughter graduates tonight. Im not eating enough points and the scales is not moving. I know I need to eat more but like you, Im afraid of not stopping. Ive been pretty satisfied and I know from past times that once I eat a certain amount I keep going. Anyway, best to you and Ill try hard to get that recipe on here today.

YaY! I was thinking of doing something like this. WW support. I instead started a WW personal diary which has been helping but it would be nice to also talk to others doing WW.

I'm on Points. I love it, it works for me and my life. I can't live off diets and depriving myself of foods.

My goal is to stay between 25-28 points daily, and to only use my 35 extra points for the weekend. Since my weekends are the hardest to control. So far I've been doing fairly well. I'm averaging 28-30 points daily, and would love to get that down this coming week.

Mon Points Used: 30
Tues Points Used: 35
Wed Points Used: 35

As you can see, I'm going over my goal of 25-28 daily points. I really need to take control of that.
I love the ZERO point vegie soup. I need to make that again. It really helps me when I don't know what to eat.
I also like to have the Popsicles/Fudgesicles/Creamsicles multi pack made with Splenda in my freezer all the time. It helps with sugar cravings. And it's only one point or less for TWO popsicles. So great!

I havn't tried the pops yet but love the ice cream cones. Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are yummy too!

Hey everyone! Sorry I havent been on here to post. been a crazy week. Today I am exhausted and have no idea where I am with points. My daughter is sick, and I have been up since 1 am....had to go to work for a mandatory training... My daughter was feeling better, so hubby took her to day care, just fo rme to get a call this afternoon to go get her bc she had a temp of 103. Then found out she might have this roto virus that is going around... which freaked me out. So I spent the whole afternoon running her around trying to make sure she was o.k...which she is, just a stomach bug. But oh MY am I tired!!!!

Anyways, I was down three pounds going into today, and I am hoping I maintain.... (Fingers crossed). Got in my excercise tonight (only 40 minutes, rather than an hour).
Hope everyone is doing good!!

Debbie: Thank you so much for the recipe info!!! Congrats on your daughter's graduation!

Your welcome, hope you enjoy the soup! Sorry your daughter is sick. I hope she recovers quickly. My youngest son (11) has been sick 3 days now but doing much better. Graduation went well-thanks for the congrats!
By the way...there are braclets you can buy that help you track points. Its beaded w/ a little charm you move around as you use points. I bought mine at WW several years back for I think about $16. Just an idea. Hope you get some sweet rest soon!

I think I would like to do points again because it just makes you so much more aware. Mostly weekends kill and I require some structure. I no longer do the meetings, but this would be great to sign in and post my days points. Thanks for creating this forum. Have a great day everyone.

Debbi, I do not think that is weird at all. I have often been like this....wanting. Nope, nope nope, not strange in the head at all Lately I have been a bit too snackish at night for no good reason. However it is helping that we do not have any really sugary foods in the house. So, we must head out to get it and preferable walk. That usually ends the wanting....hehe.

I should say that I want my points to be 24-34 and I have such a huge range because I am fairly active. A really good day for me would be to eat 28 points and exercise 4. On a less active day, good is around 24 or 25.

I like WW's new way of determining how many points you get in a day. Much more realistic then before. Before I would get 22 and that would leave me just a tad moody and starved....

So I ate 30 points today and I exercised 2 points. Not bad for a Friday.
