Default ROCKSTAR 10 - Beating the "Burn Out" and Turnin' Up the Heat

Happy new week! Don't forget to post your goals! Our total is 20 pounds this week! Let's have a 40 pounder next week!

Have great week and I will post the roster. We have a few spots, so I am going to try to recruit some new ROCKSTARS!

Rock On ROCKSTARS - Reminders

Just a reminder that weigh ins are on Sunday by 10 AM. If Saturday is easier, that makes things easier for me.....does anyone have an objevtion to weighing in on Saturday? I have been missing my church service and would like to go back to the 8:30. I can take last minute weigh ins when I get home from church, but would LOVE to have most by Saturday if that works for you!

As a weight loss challenge team we are here to support each other the best way that we can. To do that we need to make sure that we are:

reading and commenting on blogs
posting in the forums
giving each other pats on the back, support, and advice
checking in when things are hectic, so that we can help you

Check out the New Challenges!

Just remember all that in order to be competitive (not that it is the be all of the ROCKSTARS, but one of the things we do) we have to make sure that we are weighing in. I may take people off temprorarily who have not weighed in or checked in for 2 or more weeks. If you have some reason you can't weigh in for a while, you can still be on the team, bit we may want to give a "weighing soace" to someone else. For example, I know there are many teams who have members who are pregnant, and they are still on the team, but are not a part of the challenge. I noticed while doing boosters that two of our members who have been MIA haven't even logged on in over 10 days. This is the way the other teams are doing it, so just wanna be consistent.

I'm ready to kick off the new week...we can do this!
My goals for the week are...

1. Walk atleast 15min a day (work it up from that)
2. Drink all my water I should (64oz)
3. STAY ON TRACK this week with my eating

Hey Rockstars! Just checking in to say hello and post some goals.

My goals for today:
water, water, and nothing but water....gotta get that amount up.

Excercise (do 60 minutes of bike time)

DVD Excercise

Plan out my meals for the week (calorie awareness is the big thing)

Let's keep up the losing Rockstars!!

My goals for the week

keep eating small portions

keep eating mostly protein

stay active weather it's a workout or a walk

try some yoga or pilates

DO NOT GAIN ANY WEIGHT

I really believe that this weekend weigh in is helping me not to give up on the weekends!! Thanks team!!!

new wk n new time 2 make our team known!!! lol
okay, i've over that now...lol

anywayz, as far as losing weight well, my goal of course is the minimum of 2 pds. thats what my plan says i'll lose. i may not w/ this work training thing gn on. i'm still gn 2 try n stay true the plan w/ my dieting but i may not b able 2 since i'm gn 2 b on the go alot. but i'm gn 2 try my best! so hopefully i can drop 2 pds this wk. i haven't weighed n yet 2day but i think i probably back up 2 160 so my goal is 2 b at 158pds nxt sunday!!!!
but best of luck 2 u all n Rock On!!!

My goals for today are:
1) Stay on track (its 4:37 and so far so good)
2) do a small workout (DVD & crunches)
3) Finish my econ homework (LAST WEEK OF CLASSES!!)

So far I've drank my water and kept the eating on the healthy side today. Still need to get my walking in...we all have great goals for the week. See everyone later.
