Hi ladies!
I think I will actually be able to be online this week. Last week was too busy to be distracted by the internet! Trust me, I would have rather been distracted, but it was the last week of school for the kids and lots going on.

My goals for the week:
1. Stay within my points range and NOT eat the extra points I earn by exercising.
2. Journal, journal, journal
3. Set aside time to be on here and be inspired by all of you!
4. Make it to the gym three times.
5. Jog 2 times this week before Jason goes to work.
6. Drink lots of water.

And what's' this about a jumprope challenge? I must have missed a lot last week!

All right, Sabine, can we have some points for each day we go without a soda? Seriously? And how about it we make it the whole week?

Ok, the dishes are calling!

Great job everyone!!!! We had some awesome losses this week. I maintained which I knew I would. You know you are part of an awesome team when you are so excited for your team even though you didn't lose. Let's keep it up ladies!

My goals for the week:

1. Follow my goals.
2. Journal every bite, before I put it in my mouth.
3. Eat healthier - no junk food, only healthy snacks.
4. Drink 10 glasses of water.
5. Exercise everyday, in the morning!!!!
6. Be a great buddy - especially to my partner Kelly.
7. Lose three pounds by following all these goals and going the extra mile by doing the challenges and point system.

I seriously need to get with it guys. I am so glad I am part of this fabulous team!

Amen to that. I totally agree. I didn't lose but i am sooo happy fot the rest of the team. Proud to be a part of it

Hey I am a senior, yay me

Good morning. I have a really good feeling about this week. I know everyone of you is going to give 110%, I know i will. i am fixing to print out my challenges. After i take kayleigh to school i drop by walmart to pick me up a nex jumprope. kayleigh broke hers using it as a lasso. then when the baby takes a nap i will do some excersize...DVD is soo cool. anyway i am just rambeling, but i am just so happy i guess.

Yesterday for the first time in a long time i realized that i can do this. I don't have to feel bad about myself for the rest of my life. when i got on the scale and saw 186 yesterday, i wanted to jump for joy (i did lol) that has been the smallest i been in over ten years before i had my breast reduction surgery. and i did not crave any chips or bad snacks yesterday. havn't had a soft drink for 3 days now. I want this so bad. And now i do believe in myself. ok better stop, feel tears comming.
