Hi ladies!
I think I will actually be able to be online this week. Last week was too busy to be distracted by the internet! Trust me, I would have rather been distracted, but it was the last week of school for the kids and lots going on.
My goals for the week:
1. Stay within my points range and NOT eat the extra points I earn by exercising.
2. Journal, journal, journal
3. Set aside time to be on here and be inspired by all of you!
4. Make it to the gym three times.
5. Jog 2 times this week before Jason goes to work.
6. Drink lots of water.
And what's' this about a jumprope challenge? I must have missed a lot last week!
All right, Sabine, can we have some points for each day we go without a soda? Seriously? And how about it we make it the whole week?
Ok, the dishes are calling!
