I can definitely tell I'm toning up in my legs and arms. I kind of actually like the look of my legs when I look down. They look muscular but a toned muscular. Some of the jiggliness (not a word, I know) is going away and that's always a good thing! I am going to check out what kind of aerobic gear I can buy to use in my pool.

I have a lot of things to do today, so i don't think i will be on most of the day. but i will check back in after the kids go to sleep.
lost my 3 pounds today. so happy. Everyone good luck with the weigh in.

Good morning everyone. I maintained again. I wanted so badly to lose weight but I know it's my own fault. I was so determined the first part of the week. I just don't know what happened. Well, TOM didn't help coming a week early but I can't just blame it all on that. I hope this week brings a better outcome.

I plan on doing my exercises today and tomorrow. I need to get with the eating part. I plan on eating great and then by the afternoon I find myself reverting back to old habits. I need to get with it or I'll find myslef still in the 200's by the time summer is over with. I can't let that happen!

Morning Everyone! I too maintained again this week. Dang it! It's my own fault (I feel your pain Rebecca) I haven't even gone on a walk this week. My eating has been mostly on track... and I am glad I didn't gain, but it always sucks to gain or stay the same. Oh well, such is life. I just need to get back on track with working out. My schedule is stupid, and I can't go to water aerobics, so I have to find something to fill that void until my schedule changes again. Well I hope you all have a wonderful day! Talk to you soon

Dawn, great attitude!! You maintained that is actually not such a bad thing because it is hard as heck not to gain when TOM is upon us!! So after his departure expect to part with some pounds!

We all have those weeks. You'll be down to a lower number on that scale soon you have had a hectic week don't let it get you down!! You have lost so much weight so far so I know nothing will stop you!
