My goals this week
stick with my plan. (got meals for everyday planned already)
drink half my body weight in water each day
be a great buddy for samantha and christine and the rest of the team.
do my challenges
get max point system points ( i can believe in myself)
do Kim's extra challenges (have to buy me a new jumprope)
lose at least 3 pounds
I can do this and so can you ! ! !

got a latin dance mix 10 min solution dvd. looks like so much fun. I am going to do it when kayleigh goes to bed.

Lets really kick some butt this week. I am so excited about the new week.
I will let you all know how my first dance session went. lol first up the fat burning cha cha

Happy Saturday !!!
Well did alot of Housework, cleaned the pool and then relaxed in the Pool.
Getting ready for Dinner.

just did some of the workout dvd. that was fun, but hard. my hips used to by lots looser when i was doing gymnastics (when i was younger...way younger)
i am going to do this every day. ten minutes and i am totally sweating. better take a shower. talk to you all tomorow. have a great sunday

Which DVD did you get? Does it have a lot of bending in it? I can't bend my knees for very long. But if it's only 10 min. maybe I can give it a try.

10 minute solution
fat blasting latin dance mix.

lots of hip moving lol. it's fun to do (at least i think so)

Hi everyone,

Congratulations, Patricia!! Wow you did a great job.

Yvette, that sounds like a really good dvd you picked up. Good luck with it!

My goals for the week are:
1) Journal everything I eat because this past week I almost blew everything and had to make a mad dash at the end to maintain my 1 pound loss, which is good I admit... I just know I could have done better.
2) Drink 10 glasses of water a day.
3) Step up my work outs I have to aim for 1000 calories on the elipticals...
4) Do Kim's challenge of 10 minutes a day of jump rope (I really am excited about that) as I have heard that alone can really help one lose weight.
5) Be a good buddy.
Thats it - I think it is enough....
I am extremely excited though--I just went out and bought some summer clothes and right now my legs are toned, but between the thighs to the knee area they need more work.. So I am going to be working on that. This week I think is a promising week for all...

Good morning everyone.
got on the scale this morning and lost a pound really said 186. isn't that something. oh well. only two more pounds to go then this week.
i hop i can stay on plan. my husband is off and it seems harder when he is home. but i'll do my best.
as soon as he is up going to do the dvd again.
i will go for the merengue grooves today.
everyone have a fantastic day and i will be checking in and out.

Morning Everyone! It's sunday, and I am at work. New schedule... yay... not. Well, I maintained this week Boo! But I did get into a new size, YAY! That was nice. They are 8's @ old Navy, which is like a 10 everywhere else... it felt awesome to be an 8/10 though.
I won't have a problem sticking to my plans this week, that is the good news. I will have to adjust my work out schedule though since my schedule is changing. I work two dayshifts and 3 swings each week for the next 2 months, so hopefully I can find things to do. Water aerobics doesn't work with this schedule, I plan on walking... but I know I will need to do more. I will figure something out! I want to take a dance class, but they don't have any around here. Well... I'd better go get some work done. Have a great day everyone!!
