I got the "10 minute solution Dance it off & tone it up!"
It has 5 different ten minute work outs on it. It also came with two toning bands. The workouts are..Sexy Slim Down..High Energy fat burner...dancers abs..upper body tone up...and..buns & thigh sculpt.
I did the Sexy Slim down. It was not purdy. I was so not doing what she was. She kept saying we will keep it simple so you can learn the moves. I guess my daughter didn't get her dancing talent from me. She did say not to get hung up on the moves just to do your own thing. There is no way i'm going to do it in front of any one. Yvette has the Latin dance one. She likes it a lot. My wal-mart only had this one.

Jillian's Tip for the Day!!!!!!
Make the Portion Cut
Americans have completely skewed ideas about portion size. No other country on earth offers portions as enormous as the ones here. Honestly, go anywhere else in the world and order a meal. You'll see the difference.
We're conditioned to believe that more equals better. Just look at the endless marketing of fast food; we're constantly encouraged to eat more in order to take advantage of a "bargain." But what kind of a bargain are you getting if you're eating 100 french fries in one sitting just to save a quarter you wouldn't have spent in the first place? Americans are paying for this illogical thinking with their health and their lives.

Here are a few techniques you can use to keep your portions under control.

* If you're at home, use smaller plates. This creates the illusion of eating a bigger serving.
*If you're at a restaurant and you know the portions are going to be huge, ask the server to put half your meal in a doggie bag before it even hits the table. This saves you money as well as unnecessary calorie overload.
*Share an entrée with your dining partner.
*Make a new rule for yourself: Always leave something on your plate. This reminds you that you are in control of the food, not the other way around. A little bit of empowerment can go a long way!

EE, F, FF, G,GG, H,HH you get the picture I was falling out of my KK when I finally said enough was enough. I was not going for the LLS. Even when I would lose weight I would not lose boob. I was big to start with but with every pregnancy I would get bigger and bigger. I was pregnant five times. Yikes they were taken over! I am now a very happy DD to DDD. It was the best thing I ever did. It was also the fastest weight lose I ever did. I lost 8 lbs in in just a few hours.

I did not dance good at first. kept going out of tune and all. i don't do it in front of anybody. they would laugh at me lol. I had a bood reduction ten years ago. they took a couple of pounds off of them, best thing i have ever done for myself. well. joining this site and losing the weight might be my best thing ever from now on) I would always lose weight everywhere but my boobs. now though i have breastfed and all off a sudden my bras are to big for me. maybe after i am done losing weigh i can have them lifted and firmed hehe. that would make my hubby sooo happy.

Yvette I know it would be funny if it weren't true! You should have heard my knees when I was trying to do my new dance DVD. They sound like velcro. I'm serious take a piece of velcro and pull it apart and stick it together. keep doing that and you have my knees. The jump rope challenge ya right...depends here I come.

Good evening ladies,
I see i missed lots of talk. sorry, was working in the yard again. we killed two snakes. i was shaking on my leggs. never saw one that upclose before. well once when i was due for my baby girl. me and kayleigh went for a walk and saw a big black on sliddering cross the path we were walking on. i almost messed up my pants. lol... I am scared for my little girl though. she loves to explore. and i am so affraid that a snake will get her. she does not see any danger at all. anyway i love everyone opening up like they do. makes me feel i can say anything here. you guys are the best.

I sawed down some bigger trees today. it was rough. took me forever but i was determent to get them down. It's kind of weird though. when i start sawing in to that tree i just think of it as my weaknes. I am going to beat it and i can do it. I am going to stop hating my body as it is. i am going to look so good...stuf like that goes through my head when i saw. and the more i thing the harder i saw and i don't see or hear anything around me untill it's done. then after the seccond one i got kind of faint feeling. but it made me feel soo good. now i just have to saw the big tree in little pieces. piece of cake lol.

going to bed now. i am pooped. did some challenges but i did not jumproping i was too tiered and hot.
does anyone know if you can drink to much water in a day??? i think i don't but i just want to make sure.

day 4 with no soda for me. yay me.
good night everyone, be back tomrow.

Michelle - I get a great workout on my elliptical. Does yours have the option to adjust the pedals? I do the interval option and when I kick it up to the next level I sweat like a pig. But I am a lot bigger than you so that's probably why it works me out so much. Unfortuneately I think it is my elliptical that is causing my heel spurs for some reason so I may have to get rid of it. I would cry if I have to! Your body is probably used to that workout by now so maybe do it just a couple times a week and do other exercises on the opposite days. That might help.

It has been so busy around here today! I was busy too which is always good but I have plenty to catch up on. I am about to watch a movie with hubby and he thinks I'm in the shower so I'll catch up in a bit.
