I'm in this month too!! Must have been ready because I already did a workout!! WHOO-HOO!!
JUNE........
1. 30 min. WATP / 5 min abs, pushups and leglifts
2. 30 min. WATP / 5 min crunches, and what I call around the world crunches
3. 55 min. WALK/JOG
4. 30 min. WALK plus I had to clean a house today and look after 2 kids.(Hey that should count for something. :0) 5 min abs, and legs
5. 50 min WALK and Strength training
6. 45 min WALK /5 min abs and arms
7. 30 min WALK
8. 45 min WALK
9. none
10. 45 min Walk
11. 45 min Walk & Jog
12. 45 min WALK & Jog
