so good for you and baby not to mention all the fun your little guy must be having - isnt that the best kind of exercise?

Hey Kama I knew you would be right back at it today.


1. 35 mins. brisk walk / jog, 45 min. walk with hubby and dog
2. 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with weights, 55 mins. brisk walk, 30 min. afternoon walk, 60 mins. water aerobics
3. 40 mins. fat to firm DVD, 40 min. walk pushing the double stroller, 20 min. Dance off (in the privacy of my own home thank god) well the calories were being burned whether it was graceful or not is another story. LOL

1. 40 Billy Blanks abs workout, 20 minute power mile-Leslie Sansone
2. 40 Billy Blanks abs workout, 20 minute power mile-Leslie Sansone w 2# weights. 2 hours tilling the garden...I won't count planting flowers as minutes but I also did that. I have more to do tomorrow!
3. 2.5 hours hoeing vegetable garden by hand. Last year we rented a tiller, this year I thought, "It will be good exercise, and we can save money." It was good exercise all right! I spent all day outside planting and weeding today but I'll only count the hoeing, that was the most strenuous. It's done and it looks great!

Lori....is Dance Off the name of the dvd you did? I've been debating buying a new workout dvd when I need a change from Leslie Sansone or Billy Blanks. Dancing sounds fun.

I am a little late for this thread but I'd join. Guys, I am just channelling the slave driver, my trainer. I am not THAT tough, believe me. But I'd try to keep everyone in check. LOL

3. Bike in the basement - 30 minutes, HR-150. Leg routine - 10 minutes. Getting ready for a serious walkers challenge. And it's raining in Seattle. Bummer.

Hey guys...I'm here, kinda lost the thread etc (whats new)...

Alright so my total for May was only 1738 mins, which its 1738 more mins than if I did nothing but April's was 2349 which I'm trying to beat soooooo my goal is 2350 for June...

02 - 65 (589)
03 - 111 (615)

Total - 243
Left - 2107

Ok, I'm reorganizing my workouts due to Ted's urging, lol.
Will do Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays with Jillian, and Tues, Thurs strictly strength, what do you think?

Cathy the DVD I've been doing is Dance Off the Inches - calorie blasting party.
It has a bonus 5 minute Dance Off and I just did that 4 times in a row.
I like the DVD and hadnt done it in a long time.
Its the very first one I used when I got started and it was so nice to go back to it after all this time (over a year) and see how far I've come and also to remember how exciting it was when I first started getting healthier and losing weight.
HAVE FUN
I know I do find that I need variety for sure.
