2. 40 Billy Blanks abs workout, 20 minute power mile-Leslie Sansone w 2# weights. 2 hours tilling the garden...I won't count planting flowers as minutes but I also did that. I have more to do tomorrow!
3. 2.5 hours hoeing vegetable garden by hand.
4. 30 minutes walk and kick (Leslie Sansone)
5. 75 minutes hiking on trails outside
6-14. on vacation: I got 1 walk in for 60 minutes on Wed., but otherwise, when it was nice I was fishing all day.

16. 30 minute walk and jog, 30 minute walk and kick (Leslie Sansone), 50 sit ups, 25 wall push ups
17. 90 minutes weeding/gardening, 30 minute walk and jog dvd, 25 wall push ups
18.no exercise
19. tried to bike...rained, so I did 4 mile super challenge, WATP, 60 min, 30 wall pushups
20. 35 minute bike ride, 60 minute WATP, 30 wall push ups
21. walked to and from parade, walked around the park for a festival and looked at all the arts and crafts stuff....I walked on and off for about 4 hours, so maybe I'll just post 2 hours for the exercise time.
22. 60 minutes WATP, 30 wall push ups, 20 min. yoga
23. 40 min. Billy Blanks Cardio, 30 min. WATP walk and kick, 20 min. yoga
24. 30 min. WATP, 55 min. Billy Blanks: Fat Blasting Cardio, total body workout.....that was a toughie!
25. washed bathroom walls, taped and painted bathroom for many, many hours yesterday.....can that count as activity? I'll post 2 hours of activity, but I was doing it for 8. I know I was exercising because I worked up quite the sweat and my arms are sore today from painting the ceiling.
Now I'm off to do one more coat on the mirror and vanity.

28. 45 minute walk with brother's dog, 20 minutes throwing ball to dog, 2 hours hiking trails, 2 hours walking and shopping. Forgot to wear my pedometer darn it! We were really active!
