HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE

I'm on holidays starting tomorrow for a week YAHOO!!!!!!
Not going anywhere, staying home and doing some painting and having some much needed ME time.
We will be going down to the park for the big CANADA DAY Celebration and I'm looking forward to that.

Cathy have fun with girls weekend you deserve it especially after all the painting you've be doing. Congrats on getting that done.

Dawn still kickin' butt I see. AWESOME!

Tatiana WOW I wouldn't call your month boring at all, consistent yes.
5 miles a day AND working with trainer on top of that - incredible!

Debbie still enjoying summer in your new outfit? Bet you are turnin' some heads. LOL

Kama I know its a day off from work for you (lucky bum) LOL, but I know its not a day off from workin out right?

1. 35 mins. brisk walk / jog, 45 min. walk with hubby and dog
2. 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with weights, 55 mins. brisk walk, 30 min. afternoon walk, 60 mins. water aerobics
3. 40 mins. fat to firm DVD, 40 min. walk pushing the double stroller, 20 min. Dance off (in the privacy of my own home thank god) well the calories were being burned whether it was graceful or not is another story. LOL, 55 min. walk with hubby
4. 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 90 min. walk, 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
5. 50 mins. Dancing off the inches, 90 min. walk pushing double stroller great workout there
6. 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 35 mins. 3 fast miles, 50 mins. evening walk
7. 60 mins. water aerobics
8. 75 min. walk
9. 15 min. 1 mile jog, 45 min. walk lots of climbing hills and running around, 60 mins. water aerobics
10. 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 45 min. walk, 30 min. Dance off the Inches, evening walk?
11. 75 mins. walk pushing double stroller, 4 fast miles DVD, water aerobics 60 mins.
12. 4 fast miles 53 mins., 40 min. walk, 17 mins. ball exercises
13. 25 min. walk / jog through the park, 16 mins. mini tramp til I broke through the dang thing, 20 mins. Biggest Loser DVD - 15 with weights, 5 cardio, 15 mins. jog on treadmill
14. 34 mins. 3 miles with Leslie, 60 mins. water aerobics, 30 min walk
15. break day
16. 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 1 hr 10 min. walk pushing stroller, 3 miles with Leslie 34 mins., 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
17. 3 fastest miles with Leslie 27 mins., 15 mins treadmill fast walk / jog, another 20 mins walk jog treadmill thats it for now but if it quits raining I'll head outside for a walk
18. 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with weights, 23 mins. treadmill (19 jogging), 45 min fast walk with hubby, 17 mins on the treadmill avoiding eating chocolate cookies again IT WORKED!
19. 22 mins. mini tramp, 45 mins walk, 23 mins treadmill (21 jogging YAY), 1/2 hr evening walk, 23 mins. on the treadmill holding off the munchies again
20. 40 mins. Fat to Firm with 8 lb weights, 22 mins. mini tramp, 25 mins. treadmill
21. 20 mins on the treadmill (14 jogged), water aerobics 60 mins., 50 min. walk down at the river with hubby and dog, played frisbee for over an hour with my son and his friend WOOHOO this is the new me that I LOVE!!!!!!!!!
We all had a blast, then I walked for 50 mins. while they went out for icecream, quite proud of myself for that so overall it was a VERY good day
22. 2 hr. 20 min. walk down the river trails it was wonderful
it feels so awesome to be fit and strong, I am lovin this new life
23. 23 mins. treadmill (20 jogged), 22 mins. mini tramp, 17 min. ball exercises (weights and abs), heading out for a walk now, 60 min. water aerobics tonight
24. 23 mins. mini tramp, 24 mins. treadmill (21 jogged), 20 mins. weights and ab work, 40 min. evening walk, 40 mins. on the treadmill - kept me from munching
25. 20 mins. treadmill, 40 min. walk pushing double stroller, 3 miles with weights with Leslie Sansone, 30 min. walk, 30 min. treadmill
26. 25 mins. treadmill (20 jogged), 40 mins. Fat to Firm with weights, 23 mins. treadmill, 30 min. walk

4.45 minutes of kickboxing and two mile walk
5.45 minutes kickboxing with strength training-walked 6 miles
6. 45 minutes kick boxing-3 1/2 miles walking today
7.3 mile walk
8.walked 3 miles
9.4 miles walking and 45 minutes kickboxing
10.walked 4 miles and 45 minutes of kickboxing
11.1 mile walking -got sick in the evening
12.4 miles walked, 1mile elliptical 45 minutes kick boxing
13.45 minutes kickboxing, 3 mile walk
14.45 minute kickboking, 3 mile walk and 3 1/2 hrs canoeing.....
15.ONly walked 3 miles
16.3 mile walk
17.45 minutes kickboxing and 3 mile walk
18.45 minutes kickboxing and 3 mile walk
19.NO Exersize--sick day....Asthma
20.6 miles walked, 30 minutes on the elliptical, and kickboxing class.
21.3 miles and if it counts during my job I wore a podometer and walked 11054steps....
22.walked 3miles only
23.30 min. on elliptical, 3mile walk and kickboxing
24.3miles walked, 30 minutes on elliptical and 45 min kickboxing....
25.No exersize!!!Been at the hospital with mother all day.

7. 20 minute level 3 shred, and will do 8 challenges and 60 vsitups. Haven't done this yet, will be doing this after I get done here. I will let you all know how it goes. I'm a bit apprehensive
