Nice to see some new faces

Dawn just record your exercise for the day. You can go back and look at Mays forum if that helps but basically just record anything you do for exercise.

Holly we will keep our eyes on you.

1. 35 mins. brisk walk / jog, 45 min. walk with hubby and dog
mostly a relaxing day today - don't ya love Sundays?

Wow...look at all the new people. Way to go everyone!
Well, I didn't beat my minutes from last month so I better get it in gear.
My total for this month was 1125, last month it was 1596.

1. 40 Billy Blanks abs workout, 20 minute power mile-Leslie Sansone

Cathy you did great last month especially considering you had fishing days and family vacation in there too.
Your vacation sounded like so much fun.
I can't wait to go fishing.
Is walleye good? Never had it before.

Don't forget you also used the weights during your workouts too and that adds a lot of intensity to it even if it doesn't add on more minutes.

Keep up the great work!

Ok, I didn't do so well, today, was sick this morning.
The workout is by Jillian Michaeals, called 30 day shred
So far, not doing too well this month.
1.break day
2. no workout, was sick and overslept, doing relaxation exercizes tonite

2. 30 min walk, 30 min walk + on feet all day
