5. lots of upper body carrying the 30lb kiddo around while he feels sick, i think i walked the dog, but can't remember...yes, 20 min dog walk.
6. 40 min dog walks (2 x 20), plus hubby and i had a date and walked around for about 20 min before the play. Later, we had to rush home to sick kiddo
7. 30 min dog walk, 75 min prenatal yoga, ran errands, hid from heat, 10 min dog walk

9. Fast 20 min walk to Midwife appt pushing 40 lb stroller (filled with 30lb toddler), then slower 25 min walk home, walked dog 20 min total.
10 60 min walk in hot hot hot morning weather, pushing stroller dragging hot dog. Went around park and then over to this store to look at kitchen appliances and get some time in the cool A?C but they were close. My poor dog - i'm sure he was wondering why i was torturing him with the extended walk. Then we went over to the new house. i think it was just about 2 +miles but felt like 18 in the heat Another 15 min walk tonight.
11. 35 min walk with dog/kid, spent 2 hours at farm walking around, seeing animals, pushing kid and our veggies around (we do a farm share where we pick up produce weekly), then a lovely family walk for about 30 min - nothing super cardio-y but in the heat still felt like a workout!
12. 60 min walk with kid/dog
