Happy Sunday is right!!! I actually like it when I get to be the first to post after our fearless leader.

I hope everybody is having a fun and exciting Memorial Day Weekend. The weather in my neighborhood today was a perfect 10!!! Unless you wanted to go swimming in a pool, ok then it was a bit chilly.

I had the top down on my Jeep all day, went to lunch in Gloucester, MA (those who've seen the movie The Perfect Storm might be familar with the town). Then my wife and I went to Rockport, MA (one town over). There is a famous Red building on the water with all sorts of bouys hanging from it, that you must have seen pictures of before. It is the most painted structure in the world (meaning that there are more paintings of that than anything else anywhere)....2nd place belongs to the Eiffle Tower in Paris, France.

Ok...now that we have random facts covered. Everybody have a great night. I'm going to write a blog about the campfire I had tonight! Even though my wife and my mother toasted marshmellos, I did not have any! I did have some great watermellon though. Read more in my blog if you'd like.

New week, New Start. Sunday's are my worst days for dieting i cant seem to stay on board....but its monday and im back on. My plans for the day are:
Finish my research paper for microeconomics
Do a 30 minute 2 mile walk / crunches and pushups
stay on my diet plan

Happy Monday Night everybody!!!

Well, at the half of the Celtics Pistions game, the Pistons are up by 4 points. I know the Celts were down by about 14 or so at one point. Another good game overall.

As for my Monday, it went well. I went back to the lake to walk and did it about 15 minutes quicker than yesterday with my wife. Then tonight when I got home, my wife and I went for a walk in the neighborhood. We only did 30 minutes, and didn't powerwalk, but still...an extra 30 minutes of our neighborhood is good. Our neighborhood is literally all hills.

I went to a bbq today at my brother in laws house. Food wise, I did really well. I had some strawberries, baby carrots, and celery as appetizers. Dinner was grilled chicken and some grilled veggies & onions. The only part I was bad about was a small baked potato...only a little light butter though.

I had some watermellon tonight as a snack after my wife and I walked. And now I'm just here to say hello to everybody.

I know we're gonna do great this week at weigh in. I'm setting my sights high for 5 pounds. I didn't loose any this week so I'm hoping for big results next week. If I do hit 5 then I've made my full goal and will have to change my weight ticker!!! Woooohoooo
