Let's see, I think I want to to loose 44 pounds by Christmas which would bring me to 220 for 2009! Oh my how exciting that would be!!!
It has to end in 9 Julie......like "219 in 2009" or "229 in 2009" At least I think that's the idea. Glad to see you here......it is exciting. What a great gift for ourselves.

The motto is "--9 by 2009".......so you should pick "169 by 2009"....right? Wow, is this going to be fun, or what?

i'd like to join your group. i think this is a great idea chrisie! last year i decided to lose weight during the holidays. yes during i was successful but boy was it hard. how great to work towards this long term goal.
my goal is really just to get to my goal weight and learn how to maintain. i am really close, but still have a lot of work to do toning-wise. and working on my mind state, some of which involves my relationship with food.
anyways...good luck to all.

Oh my...I had no idea that this would encourage so many! Yeah! I am so happy! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!!!

I am trying to calculate what I'd like to lose...and I think I am going to be REALLY ambitious and say...149 in 2009...that would be 92 pounds...
13 lbs per month. Since I am losing 3 lbs a week...it could happen!

Hey, if Ali can do it...then so can I! AND so can you!!!!!
