hey everyone
i have to lose 1.83 lbs a week if i want to reach my goal by dec. 31st. well that is not so bad when you look at it that way. it really sounds easy like that. (i know it's not) I am really going for it.

I am going to think BIG and get small
i have faith in each and every one of you. this site has been so great for me.
there is so much support, not only on my team fitness fanatics, but also outside of that. everyone has been so great.
love you guys and thanks for changing my life around. I know i have ways to go, but i just wanted to let you all know.
have a great week and good luck on the weigh in saturday.
