Sandy recommended I join...and I agree!! Let's see...my goal weight would be 145 by 2009. Thats 28 pounds!! So that around a pound or two a week from NOW until Christmas...oh geez- I was nervous at first to set my goal weight so low but it doesn't sound that bad when I think about it in lbs/week!

I think this challenge is awesome!! I would like to join in too. My starting weight is 203. I would like to be 140 by 2009. so that would be 63 pds to lose. Nothing like a challenge!!

Hi Nat, I thought you'd like it here, welcome Gina, Kim, Miranda, Nancy and Jennifer.......and anyone else I might have missed. It's so good to see so many joining in the early holiday festivities. Let's all make sure we don't turn them into 'feastivities' this year. I know I will be watching what I eat at Thanksgiving this November, for sure!
