Accountability:
B: oatmeal with cottage cheese
S: granola bar and yogurt
L: chicken and brown rice, and broccoli
S: cheese stick
D: will be Subway club on whole wheat, 6 inch, and baked chips
Total 1540, a bit high, but Ted wants to buy us dinner
64 oz of water, and my vitamins
Did my dvd and will do U5-8 and my floor work tonite.
Have a great day, and I will be back at lunch!

Hi Everyone -

I made it to the gym this morning and I did weights before my 40 min of cardio. I did the eliptical on level 11 for 20 minutes and then that stair climber thing - and did intervals. I was sweating like crazy.
Here's my plan so far:
b - egg and veggie patty - 150
coffee - 50
s - string cheese 80
l- lean cuisine 290
s - yogurt - 100
dinner - fish, 2 slices of bread and veggies - 440

So that would leave me at 1140 which sounds kind of low - hope I can stick to it!!!

1. Go to channel 1 (on demand)
2. Choose exercisetv
3. Choose most popular

That's where you will find the 30 day shred, 1 & 2, it will be on there until June 20th I think.

Let me know if you have any more trouble finding it.
So we don't need to send hot naked paramedics?

Hello all!! I was good yesterday and had my 0 pt salad for dinner, so I finished with exactly 31 pts- the top of my range!! Here is today so far:

E- 5 mile WATP
B- cereal, 1pc toast w/tuna- 7pts
S- Pretzels- 4pts
E- 10 min walk

Hoping I win the Jillian DVD- 2 more days left on the auction!

I don't think i have exercise tv in my on demand menu ... bummer ... when you go to channel 1, I get a list of folder like things ... movies, HD on demand, Free on demand, suscripyion on demand, stuff like that. Is it in one of those?? I probably just don't get it Thanks though

Hmmmm, I will check when I get home and let you know. It might be in one of those folders and I just forgot that part.

Kama, am I remembering incorrectly, or did you not tell me that when you started with Jillian, you even struggled with level 1?? I'm pretty sure that you told me that... hmmmmmmm?
