If I am not on during the day tomorrow she is sending over the naked paramedics with chocolate to help get me off the floor and back into bed

Betsy, any chance you can do that with your cable company? (Sorry, I'm not sharing my paramedics!)
HaHa- selfish!! I don't think I can- I could check though. I can't imagine greedy Comcast would give us anything for free!! LOL

My sabotager has returned!! Man that hot dog and mac n chz was awfully good though!! Here is today updated:

E- 4 mile WATP
B- 2pcs pizza toast- 4pts
S- Apple w/pb- 3pts
E- 10 min walk
L- Hot dog, mac n chz- 20pts

That makes 27 pts, which actually leaves me 4pts for my normal range, not counting flex pts, but I've already decided to have a salad for dinner and now that I'm buying the spray dressings, my salad is 0-1 pt so that is awesome! And of course I will get in my other 10 min walk this afternoon and I'm going to clean the whole office building too so that will burn some calories!

Will be praying for you. Drink lots of water before you go, and maybe eat some salad or fruit to take the edge off your hunger. And pass up the bread and fatty sauces. Hope that helps! You can do it!

Finding Healthy Recipes
While my site is a great place to find a ton of recipes, if several of your friends are interested, why not organize a potluck dinner with a healthy theme to get even more recipes? You can challenge guests to meet a healthy calorie and fat requirement for each dish they bring. Everyone brings a copy of his or her recipe to share, and your guests leave with a handful of healthy recipes to make on their own!

Hey- the best thing to do is eat before you go- even if you plan on eating something there, that way you're not starving and gobble up everything in sight!! It also wouldn't be a bad idea to have a sweet that is not too bad for you before you go so you won't be tempted by the dessert table! And remember to drink your water, chew slowly, and enjoy the conversation more than the food! Good luck, I'll be praying for you!!
