I agree with Anj on this one, Lins! You have done such an excellent job, and I think when your sister sees you she will totally understand and be amazed! You're lucky you'l have the beach to run/walk on.. it makes it so much more enjoyable! You will be fine!

I went to the gym this morning and did 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of upper body weight training.
Here's where I am today with my food intake-
b- 400 (had a glass of o.j. for 110 calories....totally not worth it)
s- 160
Brought my lunch again and will do the same fish/veggies for dinner. It was delicious!
I'll keep checking in, thanks for the support!
Don't know if this would be a help or not, but try doing your strength training BEFORE the cardio! It should help you burn waaaay more fat that way!!

I have begun the Eat-Clean Diet (I just HATE when they label a book "DIET"). It focuses on eating more natural foods, with the least amount of processing and sugars. It's incredibly fibrous, so much so I have trouble eating the next meal. I also feel like it keeps my blood sugar very even... something I was really looking for but low-carb was just too drastic. I dropped 4 pounds overnight, I'm sure mostly water. But, I hit 150, and I haven't been this light in a year and a half... feels good!!
So.... I'm not counting calories, just focusing on what I'm eating, and portion control.

Yesterday, Monday

B: Oatmeal w/berries, 2 egg whites
S: whey protein shake made with a banana, FF milk, flaxseed & oatmeal
L: tuna, spinach salad w/shredded carrot, diced tomato, raspberry vinegrette
S: pear and handful of almonds
D: Low cal frozen dinner

Got my water in and worked out with Jillian, Woo Hoo!
Great job! That sounds like a great day of eating! Way to go!! Boy have we missed you!!

Great job on accountability yesterday everyone! Looks like everyone is sticking with the personal plans and I am so proud of us! We haven't had to hand out a "get out of jail free" card in a long time! Don't know what the other teams are doing out there, but we soooooooooo ROCK! Everybody should reach around and give themselves a huge pat on the back!!!!
