Does anybody know whats going on with the food journal here on buddy slim?? My custom foods won't work and my favorites arent mine. Plus it wont add the food to the day. And the setup is different for the page itself. I guess I'll have to get one somewhere else. Does anybody know of a good one? Thanks!

I journal food and exercise there instead of here. It gives you alot of cool reports too to see how you are progressing

Mornin Cats!

My totals for yesterday- 24pts; 2miles + 20 min walk

Today so far:
E- 5 mile WATP
B- 1 pop tart, cereal- 8pts

Got on the scale this morning and I have lost about 1/2 pound so far this week- so I'm really pushing to get the other 1/2 off by Friday!! I have 1 month and 1 day to get 10 pounds off before vacation- the cool thing is my mom finally hit the 20 pound mark, and I got her using the WATP videos, so she said she will workout w/me on vacation- which is awesome. This way, I'll come back the same weight instead of 5 pounds heavier!!

From the desk of Kama/Jillian:

Who's Pushing Food Your Way?
One of my girls on the The Biggest Loser had this problem: Her mother was always pushing food on her. I told her exactly what I'm telling you: Acknowledge these behaviors. Recognize the problems and sit the people in question down and let them know that you are trying to lose weight and be healthy. Tell them how they can help and support you. Chances are they'll want to. The end result for this contestant was her mother learned new recipes so that she could cook for her daughter without sabotaging her health and happiness.
We count on the people closest to us to support us through thick and thin. Realizing that a loved one may be sabotaging your efforts to get in shape, whether they are conscious of their behavior or not, can be tough to swallow and address. Take a good look at your current significant relationships to see how they affect your life both on a day-to-day level and on a larger scale. Is anyone in your circle a food-pusher?

Sure, it seems innocent enough. These people may not realize what they are doing, or they may think they are doing it out of love. The bottom line is that their way of loving you is through food. It's time to stop it for good.
