Nicole, you are an awesome cheerleader, glad to have you!
I did read all your plans and they look awesome! Keep it up!

I think I make a better cheerleader than a dieter! lol

Lol, no but I was going too, if it stayed off! Now I have to finish here, and do my workout and then got to the store! Didn't want to do all that until is was back on.
Lol, Nicole, you are fine. The dieting will kick in after you have that sweet baby!! Just take care of you and the baby is all you need to do now. We love you being our cheer leader!

I'll check in later with the rest of the calorie count
Okay, I had my lunch and another snack (veggie patty and small salad with spray dressing) so I'm up to 990 calories. I'm shooting for less than 1600 calories today which means I can still eat for dinner!!!

Find Your Inner Drive
It may sound obvious, but I'll say it anyway: You can't achieve success if you're not willing to take the first step. Sure, I can give you all the tools you need for weight loss, but if you're not willing to get off your butt, then you won't get anywhere. You need to find that inner drive to accomplish your goals. Need some inspiration? Check out what this member is saying in her Message Board thread, "The Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins With a Single Step," about her shift in mindset:

"You know it's funny. I don't have the most interesting life in the world, but lately I've just wanted to take the life that I do have and share it with the world. I feel like this site has allowed me to do that in a way. Yeah I struggle and yeah I come on here looking for answers, but this Web site has also become a place for me to kind of give back some of what I have been given.

I am so blessed. Somehow there has been engrained in me this drive to reach my weight loss goal. It's the first time in my life that I know without a shadow of a doubt that I can and I WILL do this. And I want to be able to spread that message around to everyone I meet that you can meet your goals, you can do it!!

See I didn't start this thread just so I could get my story out there, but more so because I hoped that somebody might find encouragement in it. More than that though, I started this thread so that we could all share our stories with each other, so that we could all have a reminder of where we are going and encouragement to see where we are headed. I hope more people post and just share their stories. There's power in putting into words what you've been through and power in reading someone else's story of where they have gone. We're not alone in this...we are all in this together!!! – abundantlyme

With the right attitude, losing weight is can be achieved, but it's up to you to put in the effort. What motivation can you pull from within right now that will help get you moving?
I love this!!!!
