This week I need to try again for getting my water in, hopefully I will be able to eat better this week, but we'll see how it goes. I'm still hit or miss with the food thing. Ok, we can pull it out for another week!
Nicole I just have to say thank you for being such a great cheerleader and encourager- what would we do without you?

Aww, shucks Glad I can help, even though I'm not doing much for myself yet.

Had kind of a bad day yesterday... had some cookie dough.. and baby gave it back! That's what I get for being bad.. I just had such a craving. Well I won't be doing that again.

Had fun with my mom and her friend yesterday... at least until the stepsister showed up.. then we left, cuz we just get ignored anyway.. plus we had to go to walmart and get a few things.. only by the time we got there I was sick again, so I forgot half of what I wanted.. grrr... my stepsister shows up with lunch for herself and her 2 kids everytime.. and never bothers to call and ask if anyone else in the house wants anything. So rude!

Made plans for next weekend to go shopping with mom and her friend.. of course mom asked me again if I get to find out this week if the baby is a boy or girl... said probably not, still too soon. I will ask at my dr appt on Thursday though, just to appease mom! lol

Hope everyone has a great Monday! And not everyone is so busy today!

1) Hit the gym every morning for 45 minutes or more
2) Drink 64 ounces of water
3) Take my vitamins
4) Dinner nightly is grilled fish and vegetables
5) Stay focused
6) Bring my lunch to work every day ***reason I blew it last week****
7) Log in more often to get motivation!

See you on the forum!
Don't get yourself stuck in a rut of the same dinner all week. You'll get bored of it and go chasing after something bad. I have a recipe posted for Italian chicken, you may want to check out for an alternative to the fish for at least one of the nights. I know when I eat the same thing over and over I get sick of it, and if that's all that's there I look for anything else.. even if its really bad for me! Hope this helps a bit! Good luck, you can do it!

Great plan Betsy and Anj! Betsy - you can do the no soda thing! I gave it up many years ago, just one day decided I was sick of feeling bloated all the time, and so gassy. So I just stopped. I do have a soda every now and again, but it's usually like a part of a can every 2 weeks... I can't even drink a whole can anymore! When I'm bad, or desparate and end up at McD's for a quick bite - I get the happy meal and that small drink is usually more than enough soda for me! I know you can do it! Mind over matter! I'm rooting for you!!
