I bought a series of 5 that came with the on-line subscription to her web site. It's 5 different workouts, called the Biggest Winner. I love to hate it... she's tough, but they're only about 30 minutes long. They're great!

Ok, my accountability is:
B: whole grain hot cereal, with pecans and cottage cheese and cinnamon and brown sugar splenda
S: one Weight Watcher chocolate, granola bar and yogurt
L: Baked chicken, Italian green beans, 1/4 cup stuffing, baby carrots, apple
S: cheese stick
D: stir fry Beef and broccoli, and 1 sugar free tapioca pudding
64 oz water and my vitamins
Did my Jillian level 2 workout, will do my floor work and U1-4!
Hi Kama! It rained and blew like a bugger last night... it's 54* today, not too bad. What exactly is hot, hot, hot?

And no worries... Jillian is tough, but it's tough love. I believe she really wants everyone to succeed, and I feel that even though she can't see me!

I can't remember if I posted accountability for yesterday (Tuesday), so I'll do it (again?)

B: Kashi cereal w/flax & FF milk
S: protein shake w/flax, FF milk, banana
L: FF cottage cheese w/half a diced apple and a handful of grapes
S: chicken, rice, hummus pita
D: frozen low cal dinner

TODAY (Wednesday)

B: Kashi cereal w/FF milk and flax
S: protein shake w/flax, FF milk, banana, and oatmeal
D: chicken, spinach, tomato & hummus pita
S: large apple (it was super sweet and yummy!)
D: chicken breast seasoned with taco spice diced up in salad w/FF cheese and salsa.... it was wonderful!

I worked out both nights with Jillian, and got all my water/tea in.

hot, hot, hot is 110* on Sunday, 109 Monday, 108 Tuesday, and now our temps are coming down.. we supposed to only get up to a high of around 72/73 tomorrow - which is very odd for us this time of year! The 110 is more normal for us.

Hey folks here is the good, the bad and the ugly from yesterday:

Breakfast:
2 low fat multigrain waffles, 1 tablespoon reduced calorie syrup: 171

Lunch:
Healthy choice mac and cheese: 210

Supper:
Cheesesteak: 491

Snacks:
small apple, granola bar, 4 peanut sandwich cookies: 410

Total: 1282
Water: 64 oz
Vitamin: yep (two days in a row, woohoo!)
Strength training: U1-4 & L1-4
No cardio

Okay, here is what I think of people that do the Jillian workouts. You people are freaking nuts! I tried the 30 day shred this morning. I made it half way through. Yep, that's it. BUT she really did get me motivated, I did 45 crunches, 45 reverse crunches and jogged for 10 minutes on the treadmill to make up for not completing my time with Jillian.

I think I will try her again tomorrow. I won't be able to do the whole thing, but will hopefully be closer.


Linsey~ to find Jillian on demand do the following:

1. Go to channel 1 (on demand)
2. Choose exercisetv
3. Choose most popular

That's where you will find the 30 day shred, 1 & 2, it will be on there until June 20th I think.

Let me know if you have any more trouble finding it.

Well, we are getting the rain today, think you passed it to us!
Hot, hot, hot, is 108 degrees, it has been that here
Oh, I love Jillian, she is no nonsense, and I like that.
