Spring is here ladies and gents! TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT!





Get your weigh ins by 9 PM Saturday!!!

Work out at least 3 times a week. More is great but this is a minimum to really reach if you're trying to lose weight! Aim for 5-6 though, ladies and gentlemen!


Watch your sugar and sodium intake!

Drink your water! It gives you the energy to do what you need to do!


SUPPORT EACH OTHER.

And most of all....


BE HEALTHY!

My goals for this week:
1. Eat salads for Lunch
2. Exercise at least 4 days
3. Water!

Soduim always kills me before a weigh in, my favorite healthy meal is a stir fry I make, it is feeling low calorie, but the soduim causes me water retention. On Fridays I am always especially diligent and drinking extra water.

I weighted myself Friday morning. I was disappointed cause I maintained. So I didn't bother weighting myself Saturday morning cause I thought it was going to be the same. Well, I still have that urge to weight myself everyday, so this morning I couldn't stop myself, & wouldn't you know it I've lost 1 pound! I kinda wish I would have weighted myself yesterday morning now cause that would have been one more pound for the team.

Anyway,


My Goals for this week are:

1. Keep drinking lots of water!
2. Keep eating my diet food & no fast food, even if its grilled!
3. Exercise!
4. Stop weighting myself all the time.
5. More sleep, less stress!

MY GOALS FOR THIS WEEK

1-STICK TO MY PLANNED MEALS
2-GET IN MY DAILY WATER INTAKE
3-BE THERE FOR MY BUDDIES
4-WALK 2 MILES EVERYDAY
5-WORK AT LEAST THREE DAYS WITH STRENGHT BANDS

HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT DIET WEEK

SORRY I WAS SUCH A BAD BUDDY LAST WEEK!! I PROMISE TO TRY HARDER THIS WEEK!!

MY GOALS FOR THIS WEEK...

1. BE A SUPPORTIVE BUDDY!!!!
