Well I just gotta brag...You know how I used to hate to exercise. Any excuse would do....couldn't walk because the dogs would feel bad if I went without them and it was, too hot for them or too cold, or too rainy, or their toenails were too long, or ....well you get the idea. Since Chrisie told us about wogging I have gone every other day without fail. AND IT RAINED TODAY and I went anyway. Best of all, I actually enjoyed it. Smelled so good, the lake looked beautiful with the rain hitting it and when I got home I was soaked and so proud of myself. I think I'm starting to like exercise. WOW! April, I think that you are the perfect one to help the newbies and keep some of us on track when we start to waver....you just seem to sense when someone needs a little extra support. I'm so glad you're going to continue to be a big part of the Heartbreakers' leadership team. Brett, I have to tell you, because of your homework assignment I have been looking at myself a lot more than usual. Instead of avoiding seeing myself in the glass when I walk up to the store, like I usually do, I have been sucking it in and telling myself I look great, even have a sexy little wiggle in my step...lol And my dogs can't figure out who I'm talking to when I look in the mirror. Telling myself only good things; nice hair, good cheek bones (yep, they are there) nice chin (singular) and just look at the belly shrink! What a good idea. I have told a few friends to try it, too.
