Just a reminder that weigh ins are on Sunday by 10 AM. As a weight loss challenge team we are here to support each other the best way that we can. To do that we need to make sure that we are:

reading and commenting on blogs
posting in the forums
giving each other pats on the back, support, and advice
checking in when things are hectic, so that we can help you

OH man and you were really up there too. It probably won't take you long, you are a prolific poster and a good one too!

I'm sitting here feeling miserable this morning. The allergies are going full force again, so my head and throat are miserable. And I've had two disasterous days with my lifestyle change. I gained three pounds in two days and of course that is disheartening but I will use it to fuel the fire to burn those calories off, rather than let it fuel a full fledged pity party with a full complement of carb and fat indulgences!

It serves to prove that I cannot allow myself to be at the mercy of any particular day. I have to always be prepared to feed myself no matter where I am or what the situation is. And I have to learn to say no to a bad idea for me, no matter what works for other people.

My allergies (I am still praying it is not a sinus infection cause I can't go to dr til Friday!) are killing me - sleep is not happening. I am however getting out and exercising. I won't let it keep me down any longer!

So Our Total with 15 minutes left to weigh in is: 28lbs!! A great total for our Rockstars with 8 no shows which is an improvement but concerns me cause some of them have been gone for more than a week. If you talk with or chat with one of our teammates that didn't make it this week, let them know we care and thaet we want them to be successful. We miss them!

Lara Rockstar I think you deserve a Rockstar Medal for that amazing come back! Wow, you are a great leader who leads by example. I'm aiming for ditching those temporary pounds this week! Thanks for the vote of confidence! I'm gunna see what I have to do this week to make it a 5 pound loss so that I will be back to my one pound wonder honors!
