Hi Gabby and Debbi - the more you put into this fabulous group, the more you'll get out of it. I've been in a dark place lately diet-wise but thanks to my buddies I'm back and rockin'!!

Hi Everyone Thanks for all the warm welcomes. Now I cant wait to weight in next week. Imagine that, for once i'm excited about diet and exercise. I already got my walk in this morning. I had to get groceries but instead of taking the car, I strapped my son in his stroller and off we went. 45 minute walk there and back, not bad for a first time. Congratulations Everyone.
