By the way new size 20s are less than snug!!!! I could have gone to an 18 but decided to wait for the 4th of July week in Tybee Island, GA.so that maybe I will be down to a 16. Got my fingers crossed anyway. Now if I can just eat right and exercise enough to maintain until I'm home again!

And yeah...the Celtics fan did 4 miles today, and will do 4 miles again tomorrow. Tonight, it's time to relax a bit with my wife.

OHHHHH.....by the way, GREAT news from the baby doctor, my second test came out PERFECT!!! Now we have an appointment for June 4th and we'll be talking about the next steps to take. Either way, the doctor said it's all good news.

Glad we have a face to go with the name now. Although it seems that somebody did something really bad to that pic of yours. We are now close to the weigh in time!!! I'm heading out to do my 4 mile trip again because it seems to be nice outside. Putting that I-Pod back on and heading out the door.

My legs are a little bit sore from yesterday's trip, but that must mean something good is happening. The only thing I don't like is that since I am not on my treadmill I don't know how many calories I've burnt. I will say that I know it's exactly 4 miles, and I know it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes yeterday. So if I think back to my treadmill and similar distances, I could estimate the calories.

I weighed in today.......4 Pound Loss! I reached my mini goal of 260, so i have set my sights higher ( i really had a hard time believing that i would make 260 when i started). My new mini goal is 230, with a ultimate goal of 200.

Im taking the 4 mile walk today, ive mapped it out and am ready to go!

Great job on your loss!!! And good luck with that 4 mile walk. I did mine today in 1 hour and 5 minutes, that's a little quicker than yesterday.

My 4 mile took alittle longer. Amy went with me and so did my dog, Pawz. And being a dog he had to smell everything, socialize with other dogs...and um do his business. So it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. I then rode my bike to pick up subway for dinner (cause its exercise and gas it really REALLY expensive)
