Deb- I will go and get my hair done to day for my "Time for me"I will also eat my fruits and Veggies. but I can't due the sit -ups due to a big roll in the way but I will stand withmy feet apart and put a broom on my shouldeeres and take the right end of the broom to the left side of the floor . An update on Ellie - for those of you that know her, she is pregnant. As you know she has had marriage issues and has split from her husband. That will continue to be the situation. She asked that I share with all of you.

Dawn - I hope you get good results from your stress test!! Have fun getting your hair done!! I love that!! Right now I am trying so very hard to grow mine out and it is driving me nuts!! This is usually how far I get and then I will go and get it cut off. But I would really like for it to be about chin length!!

I hope everyone is having a great day and will take some time for themselves today!!! I promised Alexa that she could go play in her little pool and I would sit out there with her. So that will be my time. And then I will get my 3 miles in!!!

I just did 25 minutes on my eliptical.I burned 336 cals.Boy do I love that machine...It is Great. I've draken 16 oz of water already and now I got to go to the doc.

Got lots of walking in today. Resisted 2 cookie buying places, ate berry smoothie this morn (made my own), then sandwich with all veggies for lunch. will try to have apple for snack and maybe sushi for dinner to get all the veggies in! today is prenatal yoga day and the sitter canceled again but i got someone else - so that is my me time!

Hey everyone....I am here ...BS is just running slow today for me....don't know why....We are going to dinner and a movie..my boss' boss is taking us out tonight...so I am excited about that....
