(((jenn))) here are some hugs for you. now, make sure you talk to that doc about what kind of exercise you can do. and then, yep, you just have to eat less which was always hard for me when i'm injured. i bet the water retention is adding to the numbers, too. keep at it!!! and drink lots of water, too
