Great weightloss results this week diamonds.
My goals for the week-
Just loose weight this week no matter what it takes!!
Eat healthy and exercise more
Find a new exercise to do this week

Ya'll want to hear something funny?! Me and my hubby had gotten some kind of stomach bug last week. Same day and lasted the same amount of days. I didn't lose weight but I think thats what helped me to maintain my weight. He lost 12 pounds. I couldn't believe it!! I asked him how the H** did that happen??!! MEN!!!

Goals for this week:
1. exercise
2. portion control
3. don't get too stressed out this week (last week of school with students...finals, yuck!....summer's almost here...yea!)
4. water, water, water

Good Morning Diamonds!!!
We had a awesome week with weight loss!!!! Second Place great job everyone I'm so proud of the team!!! Stephen holy crap 11 pounds in one week you rock!!! Keri four pounds in your first week awesome job you and your hubby must have done a great job inspiring each other!!! Amazing job on all the other losses and to those that maintained.

I don't know what is going on with my body but I weighed in Sat. with a 2 pound gain...I can handle that but I weighed myself today and the scale says I gained 5 more pounds...what the hell????....I did get my period but still...So I guess I will change my ticker yet again and see where I stand come Sat.

I'm lost without being able to do the elliptical...that goes hand and hand with eating right for me...I'm a mess!!!

My goals are:
To work on my upper body this week with the weights.
Stay on track with my eating...keep my journal
Support everyone here!!!

Go Diamonds!!!
