Good morning everyone! Hope you are having a great day. Yesterday was pretty good. I went to work, came home got my boys...then when my husband got home my oldest and I went out and planted our vegetable garden together. Only about half of my starts took off this year. So I have to restart some things. So far I have green beans, brussel sprouts, cucumber, yellow neck squash, tomatoes and radishes planted. I still have to do brocolli, onions, chives, pumpkins and peas. So that was a pretty good work out for an hour. Then I got the kids dinner, got them ready for bed and off to water aerobics for me. It was good. I was up too late though and only got 5 hours of sleep. I am still 2.5 pounds up

So I am being SUPER careful with my diet today and doubling my water. Hope it helps.... I will be bummed if I maintain two weeks in a row. Oh well, such is life. The plan for today is to go for a walk after dinner for my workout. It should be warm. We might take the kids to the park too. It's supposed to be a little cooler, it was 92 yesterday! Well I am off to work, desperatly need to take some spanish lessons today!! I hope you all have a wonderful day!
