Sabine, I'm so jealous you are able to swim. Our water is still too cold. High temps. here haven't reached the 90's yet and the Lows are in the high 50's to low 60's. Hopefully soon though.

My goals for the week:

1. Journal everyday no matter what!
2. Get all water in everyday.
3. Exercise 6 days IN THE MORNING!!!
4. Get 8 hours sleep.
5. Be a super-de-dooper buddy to ROBYN!
6. STAY POSITIVE!

I'm printing out my goals now and posting them all over the house to keep me in line. I need to lose hell-of-alot of weight this week to catch me up and keep me in line for vacation. I am going to work extra hard. So far my weekend is going great. No cheat meals. I do need to journal though. Haven't exercised yet but fully planning on it.

omg i'm such a retard!!!

i woke up early this morning so i could go to the gym before work, since i knew i wouldn't be able to workout afterwards.... and i totally spaced the weighin!! i'm so mad at myself, because i want to know if this week was totally pointless or not, and i wanted to actually help you guys once with the trophy... omg.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

so, i'm not going to do it now, since it's the middle of the day and i have been eating and stuff (i always weigh first thing in the morning, well after going to the bathroom, lol), plus i think i'm too late for it anyway. stupid stupid luka!

besides that, it's been a good saturday -- i did this crosstrainer for half an hour, which is kind of like an elliptical, only slidey. i've never seen one before, but it's fun, and i was sweating afterwards! then i went to work and tanned, then ended up getting my hair cut i got it dyed yesterday, a black-purple color, and now it's all short and cute and ready for europe then we went shopping for my sister's graduation, and i got a couple cute shirts. i did end up trying on a swimsuit, just to see, and i can't believe i let my stomach get that big... grr... but on the plus side, my boobs are like, actually big now. haha, it's great

so that was my day, and we are leaving soon for my sister's class night, then graduation tomorrow!! ahh crazy! everybody have a great weekend, although i'm sure i'll be on tomorrow

oh, yeah my goals. i'm so space-y today.

1. log everything i eat
2. work out every day (pilates; cardio and weights at least 4 days)
3. do my points (the challenges look familiar this week, yay!)
4. be a good buddy (threesome, WOO!)

um i think that's all i can think of for now, same as every week lol.

ps. sabine, that video is great!! i love jim carrey, LOL.

Vavavoooooom Luka! Love the new pic! You are on a roll girl. I love your attitude, you are so spunky. You remind me of myself 100 years ago.

I was reading a blog today by Chrissie. She had just finished a 5K run/walk. I was thinking how awesome it would be if we all lived close together so we could do something like that as a team. Wouldn't that be fun?!

Yeah that would be so much fun. We are kind of spread out all over the place. Who knows maybe someday.

today was rough, but good. Me andmy MIL cleaned the kitchen floor. and i mean on our knees with brushes. pfff that birtday party tomorow....it was fun though, kayleigh tried to help some too. It was a total workout, my muscles are already sore, but that is cool. I better go to bed, tomorow is a long day...house full of kids so i need all the rest i can get. And my hubby did not get home till 3 last night and wanted to talk...pffff so needles to say, i am pooped. lol. but it is okay I miss him during the day. He only calls me like 10 times during the day. lol but anyway i am going to go now, hopfully i can get online in the morning before the family comes in.

Good Morning Ladies. Everyone must have been really busy yesterday, not much activity on here. I love Sundays. They are so peaceful. We have our routine - I wake up a couple hours before church so I can make breakfast and drink coffee. I also wake up little Nate early so I can expend some of his energy before mass. After church we usually go next door to my mom's and cook dinner while the kids play outside. Both my sisters and their kids will be there. After lunch we sit on the front porch and talk for several hours. Sometimes me and the two little ones climb in bed and take a nap afterwards. And it is an absolutely, positively gorgeous day here. I am happy this morning because I didn't blow it yesterday. I didn't cheat on anything and I ate within my limits. I even got in a little exercise. We all went to bed late though. We watched the first Narnia movie. My son's teacher is treating them to the zoo and taking them watch the new Narnia movie so I didn't want to sit through 2 1/2 hours of confusion. It was a good movie. I thought it was a little violent and had a few scary creatures for a Disney movie. Anyway, since we got to bed so late I'm sure I'll have a time getting them all up. Better go cook the bacon (Turkey of course!) so the smell might rouse them out of bed.

it's a beautiful sunday, even though i didn't want to get out of bed, my cat forced me to by puking all over my floor!! oh well... it's graduation day anyway, so i should prolly be doing stuff, lol.

thanks, rebecca, i got my hair cut and your hair always looks soo good right after they style it, so i was excited. i highly doubt i can do it like that today, but we'll see

i would love to do a 5K (after LOTS of training, of course, lol) or even have a workout buddy but apparently i'm the only one living in podunk, iowa, lol. sigh. darn you all!!

Her is something from Kim for you all



Ok - here are the two extra challenges from me for next week:

1- play the post it game with your family

get 5 post it notes. write a different exercise on each post it such as: ( 50 jumping jacks on one, 2 lunges each leg on another, etc...)
let your family hide the post its around the house. When you find a post it, you have to do that exercise listed on the post it

2- lets all lose 2 pounds this week.
