Thanks Rebecca! I hope he's okay too. I have been reading about it online... sounds like the shakes come more with hypoglycemia than diabetes, so maybe that's a good thing??? It would be easier to control than diabetes, but can still be fatal if you aren't careful....

Good morning team!

I hope everyone is doing well today.

Yvette, sorry to hear about your issues with the ex. I hope things are better today.

Christine, ahhh, so sad your boys are sick and it's stressing you out. As I don't have children I don't know what you are going through but I do sympathize with you. You're a great mom and wife to take care of your family and still be here for us.

Rebecca, glad you are feeling better. So this weekend you'll have some me time as you don't have your usual full plate.

Robyn, girl, I am so there with you. Today is a new day and a chance to do it again.

Sooooooo, I made it back to the gym for 1/2 an on the Elliptical. BUT again, 2nd day in a row, I get home eat a light dinner, then because it's there in the pantry, I made a bowl of chips, then a small bowl of cereal. OK, thought I'm not hungry....took a nap...then I get up at 8pm, ate the same food AGAIN. God, I don't know why I couldn't resist. As I'm eating the food I'm hating myself but I couldn't stop. The only positive thing - I didn't have a midnight craving.

I got up a bit late but still made it to my 5:45am Kickboxing class. I feel good. I think I'll go back for another kickboxing class tonight or yoga - not sure yet, it depends on my schedule with Rodney and how I feel. Not to worry as I have a workout session set for tomorrow morning.

You would think with all the exercising that I do I would lose more weight each week but I haven't. The upside to all of this, I may not be losing weight, but I have lost a lot of fat. I am back to a medium and 95% of my clothes fit. Clothes purchased within the last 2 months are too big. I am very close to what my '06 figure.

I swear, sometimes I feel like giving up and just eat eat eat.

Hi everyone! Kids are home so it's really hard to get on here. Plus I am way bummed out this week so coming here just seems wrong.

I think I'm in real trouble. I am still up from last week. I can't believe I gained 2.5 pounds from going out one night. I didn't even eat that badly. A little bad. Nothing I thought would even come close to that. If I can gain that much by eating so little I don''t know if I'll ever be able to get this off and keep it off. I was so sure that I could do a life style change that would keep me on track and still allow for the occasional eating out. Now i'm not so sure.

I have been fighting the Diet Pepsi urge all week. I know it's just because i'm bummed about the weigh in. Hoping for miracles I was only up 1.5 this morning so doing extra today to try and at least maintain.

Thanks Nancy! I appreciate that.

I know EXACTLY what you mean about wanting to give up and eat eat eat sometimes. I've been feeling that way a lot this week. So far I've done okay, at least I have maintained so far... Yeah I am surprised you don't lose more with how much you workout, it's amazing! BUT, muscle does weigh more than fat, and if you're into 95 % of your clothes, then that is a HUGE accomplishment Keep at it! We can do this... together

D.P update. Today is 4 weeks with out any Diet Pepsi!
I think I would have caved this week but my mom was so happy when I told you I gave it up that I just couldn't. I didn't know she was so worried about my addiction but my sister told me the other day that she was really happy I had stopped drinking it. Apparently she use to talk to my sister about it a lot.

Thank you Sabine, it's good to know that they try diet changes first, rather than just automatically giving them shots!! I hope he doesn't have anything... but I have a feeling he does. Babies don't just tremble... Anyway, I hope it can be a nutritional fix, that would make me so happy. Should know more in the next couple of hours. I am agonizing about the fact that I am NOT at the doc with them. AJ took them... I hate not being in the loop!!!

Anyway, have fun at your sons party!! Have a great weekend.
