I will miss all of you while I am gone but GO TEAM! do good on the weigh in on Sat. Sorry I can weigh in with you. My mom does not have a scale. I will jump on every once in a while to check my e-mail so feel free to write me.

So yesterday was pretty good, didn't do too much but I got in a walk after dinner. I finally got all that water weight off, and am back to 159, now I just need ONE more pound by saturday... I think I can, I think I can, I think I can I really don't want to maintain again this week! I hate when that happens!! Anywho, today is going to be a busy day I have work, then birthday shopping, then a birthday party (yes I waited for the last minute... as usual) Then get home, get the boys ready for bed and off to water aerobics. I have a full schedule as usual I swear I don't get to sit down until bed time some days! Well I am off to work. Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Good morning!

First off, welcome Samantha. You've joined a great team.

I have to say yesterday was one of the worst food day since I started back on BS in April. It started of with French Toast sticks from Jack in the box, then took off from there; I was eating at the top of every hour. I ended the night with two mini dinners - one at 5 when I got home and another at 9pm. Oh, and I ate some of Rodney's extreme sausage - at 9pm - after I ate dinner. Then I get up at midnight telling him I wanted to grab something to eat. He was able to stop me from further self sabotage and after 30 minutes I was no longer hungry and fell asleep.

I was restless this morning. Got to the gym a bit before 5am. I got in 25 min. on the Elliptical; I focused on changing the settings to keep my heart rate in the cardio zone. I really focused in my sculpt class and got in a good hour of cardio/strength training. I want to swim tonight but it may be to chilly and windy.

Good Morning Everyone! Welcome Samantha - glad to have you on the team!

Nathan decided to wake up at 2:30 a.m. ready to play. I surely didn't need that. Put him down around 5:00 a.m. and he is still sleeping so I am catching up on this site. I'm still feeling bad. Guess I'll have to break down and go to the doctor but I really don't want to. Kyle has a baseball game tonight at 7:30 which means we won't be back until around 9:30 or 10:00. I guess it doesn't matter since it is has last day of school today so he doesn't have to get up early tomorrow.

It is going to be hard setting my alarm to exercise now that he is out of school and I can actually sleep in. But I have to do it. I hope you are all having a great day so far. Forget about your bad eating day yesterday Nancy! It happens from time to time so just move forward.

We all have our rough days with food! Try not to worry about it. You always kick butt with your classes, and other workouts. So you will work it off, that's for sure! Hope you have a better eating day today. Mine hasn't started out too well today, but I can correct it. I've been in a hurry all day, so now that I am at work hopefully I can slow down and eat the healthy snacks I brought. Have a great day buddy!
