good morning!! sounds like most of you are having a good day!! sorry you feel sicky, rebecca... at least you tried, though, that's more than i would have done! maybe your body needs a nice rest, and then you can comeback with even more force

i haven't been outside yet but it looks really nice. i don't have to work today, so i slept in, although my mind was awake at like, five o'clock in the morning that's always the case, when you are allowed to sleep in, you can't, and vice verca!! i didn't do too well yesterday ... i did take my pilates class and got in about 30minutes on the cross trainer, but i overdid it on corn dogs when i got home LOL.. they just like, totally hit the spot (again with my carb cravings) but today i'm going to really take a day to focus on working out and really thinking about my food choices... plus i have to get stuff ready for my sister's party on friday!

well, i will talk to you lovely ladies later... do those challenges, drink that water! (hehe, i sound like kim and sabine )

hey ladies,
all going well here. got my challenges done, i was going to walk to the park, but we are under a thunderstorm watch and i hate to be in it when it breaks through with my girls. so i done some hard cleaning in the house. every corner downstairs and Kayleigh's room. (she played with playdoh on the beige carpet grrrrr..... but i got it all out thank the lord. i mopped dusted all that good stuff and now i am doing some laundry. I have been taking a alternative. been walking up and down the stairs all day. every time i go up i just do it three times before i actually go upstairs. I guess that is a good exercise. right??? done that about twenty times by now.

i have been drinking all my water so far (and then some) and i have to stay close to the bathroom, lol....i feel myself shrink at this point. my ring was kind of tight this morning but now it almost falls of my hand. freeky..anywayzzz been staying on my plan for today. so far i got all points in from the point system, only think is eating after seven, but i think i can count that one to. i never eat after 6.30. if i feel hungry i just drink some water. Better get going now, MIL will be home soon and the baby needs changing bad...that is a workout by itself, she never wants to lay still. she can walk halfway through the room now without holding on. oh boy i run all day after her. but i love it.

Today sucks. It all started when my alarm didn't go off.... I am having to tell myself 'You don't need to eat candy, or ice cream or a cheese burger' stress eating... it sucks. I haven't caved yet, but the way today is going... Work sucks, we are either so busy I can't keep up, or it's dead and I have nothing to do. I thought a check had cleared two weeks ago, and then when I looked at my account today... it JUST cleared yesterday, so I have way less money than I thought. I need to win the lottery... bad! seriously Oh well... I don't think I will eat bad, I just have to get it all OUT or I totally will eat whatever I want... and I want lots of bad stuff! MMMMM like a peanut buster parfait. yum. But nope, I think I am already feeling better. Oh and it's raining. It was 65 this morning when I left my house at 5am... now its 55 and rainy. BLECK! Well... just wanted to complain Hope you are all having a GOOD day, unlike me

Wow, it's hot outside....Right Now it's 109.
Jumped in the Pool for a while but now I have to get ready for a dance at School.
Drank more then a Gallon of Water, had a little piece of Icecream cake at School. So I was a little bad

well i am signing off for the night. Going to watch some tv in bed. we are under a tornado warning and the clouds act al funny. very interesting. anyway. my 4 year old just gave me a hard time going to bed. did not like the story, then she said she couldnt sleep and that she wanted her nana. i told her no so then she wanted her daddy, he is at work so that was a no too. she got upset and started to throw a tantrum. my husband sometimes camps out in the living room with her. but she has to go to school tomrow and that would be a big no no. I did pretty good today, walked lost of stairs did not eat after seven. night is not over yet but once i am upstairs i will not go down again. done to much of that and feel it all over my leggs. lol. I hope i will lose weight this week, just got my monthly thing, with my last one was about 4 months ago so i hope it will not be so bad. but i always hold lots of water during that week. so i am just going to hope and pray that i wont gain. I want to do good for the team and for myself.
hope you all had a great day. OMG now the baby is crying. That is all i need right now. grrrr PMS is really starting to kick in.

I am back. I enjoyed my vacation. But I missed you guys.
got alot of walking and swimming in. and I also got sunburned. But I am back.

Hey Yvette - sounds like you did find some alternatives to your regular exercise. You made me tired just reading about all that you did! Keep it up!

Wow, Yvette - you certainly did alot today! Good for you and also I like your creativity with finding alternative forms of exercise. Going upstairs 3 times for every one time needed sounds like it can really add up thus burning more! Yea!! Also, sounds like you have a plan for water retention drinking all that water good luck on that.

On another note I have been stuck at 144 for a while now I may have hit a plateau - I read if you stay at the same weight for 3 weeks it is a plateau. Well by Friday it will be 3 weeks so I am trying to lose I am just so hungry lately. I also noticed my arms are bulking up too and not slimming down I have alot of muscle now, which I really did not want. I wanted toned slender arms. I don't know I guess I am going to have to stop lifting weights, but I still have some soft skin under the arms even with all the muscle (bicep muscle). Any suggestions there??? I was targeting that area under the arms as well with weights. If I could only get this last 9 pounds off maybe my arms would get more slender, but I definitely need to lose some of that muscle too because even when I pull my skin taunt around the muscle my arms are really bulked up.
I wish everyone else progress this week toward their goals too...
