Great job Michael!! Better keep it up, 'cause I'm gaining on ya!!! lol
Accountability for Tuesday:
B: WW bagel, eggbeater, tea w/ honey, hot water w/ 1/2 a lemon squeased in it.
L: Soup with 2 pieces low cal bread
D: more soup!!
S: one piece of cheese, one hard boiled egg, one bananna, popcorn
I drank way more than my gallon of water and was at 1130 cal. for the day. Vitamines and meds were all on time. I feel much better today.
I am probably going to be eating soup for the next couple of days (or weeks) I made a *HUGE* batch (about 40 to 45 cups) but its great because its very low cal( about 40 cal. per cup) and way lower in sodium than any store bought kind (190 mg per cup compaired to 500-600) I could cut out more sodium, but the only bouillon I had wasn't low sodium. Plus I like it. I know a lot of people probably wouldn't (its made with cabbage), but I really do. It's the same kind of thing as the Negative calorie soup. Based on the idea that you burn more calories eating and digesting it than there is in the food itself. I'm not sure if I believe it, but I'm not going to try to eat nothing but soup to lose weight either. I'll just count the calories like I have been and enjoy the fact that is sooo low in calories. Oh yeah, I walked on the tredmill for 1 hour yesterday too (3 miles). Have a lot of running to do today, so I have to go. Have a great one everybody!!

Great job yesterday everyone!
Linsey, I think the soup sounds really good. Can I get the recipe?

Actually the soup doesn't sound bad, but I went on that stupid "cabbage soup diet" the summer before I got married (which was in 1996) and I have not touched cabbage since- LOL!!

Yeah, I didn't realize I was so low on cals yesterday till I logged it today. I was really busy and not very hungry. It was funny though because I actually was glad I ate that donut yesterday. It may not have been the best choice, but my calories would have really been low with out it.

I love cabbage but since I'm the only in my family that eats it, it doesn't make sense to make it often. Is it freezable?
