those goals sound good Julie!

Way to go Michael! Sounds like a great day.

Accountability for Monday:

B: cheese stick w/turkey - 100 cals / 1 carb
S: 1/4 multi grain bagel w/ff cream cheese - 93 /18.25
L: egg white omelet w/ff cheese and tomato - 248 / 3.4
S: Kar's sunflower kernel - 340 / 7 (These made me sick)
D: beef salad pita, 6 oz. garlic shrimp - 422 / 10.5

Total = 1,203 calories / 40.15 carbs Right on target!
I worked out with Jillian THIS MORNING (I don't know how you do it Kama, and I'm glad the cheese stick helped!) I have two more glasses of water to go and I'm done for the day. AWESOME!!

Morning Cats! Here is today so far:

E- 5 mile WATP
B- Special K, Rice Pudding- 6pts

I am a little sad this morning- I found out my pastor's mom died last night. His dad just passed away 3 weeks ago. They don't know yet what happened-he took her out to lunch yesterday for Mother's Day and he said she talked continually about how much she missed his dad- so I think a broken heart might have been what she died from. Please keep them in your prayers- it's got to be really awful to lose both your parents so close and especially your mom right after Mother's Day. Thanks and I'll be on some today to play!!

I'm still fighting whatever it is that I am getting, unfortunately. I don't know how I did yesterday because I was too tired to keep track of calories. No treadmill or floor work, but I did drink all my water. I would like to do at least 30 min. walk on the treadmill today, even though I feel crappy. I also need to pick up and clean the house because the cable guys are coming on Thursday. Tomorrow the boys have dentist appointments and Cale has a Dr. appointment, plus ball practice, so I will have no time then. I am getting ready right now to head out to the store to get the stuff to make a nice low calorie soup (along the lines of the "negative calorie soup"). I have been craving "warm" food. I had salad last night and got so pissed at it because it was cold and I wanted hot food I have so much to do, to get ready for the reunion and everything, and I won't be able to do it because I feel like this. I hate being sick. I am really tired of it. This year has been so bad for it. Oh yeah, on an up note, I was so excited last night bacause we have a bear!!! Thats right, a bear!! This was only the second time I have ever seen one. It was just a little guy, maybe 2 years old and just left mamma bear. He was less than 30 yards from the house, he came off the hill(woods) onto our driveway, then wandered down it. I will probably never see him again (they have a 10 mile range), but I thought it was too cool. I love bears, and black bears are very gentle, as opposed to grizzleys, unless its a momma with cub, that is. I told DH that I was going to put bird seed out for him (not really because with my dogs, they would probably try to chase him and get killed) The kids saw him too. It was awsome!
I hope everybody is having a better week than me, health wise!! I am just concentrating on getting better, at this point, so I can get stuff done.

Hey everyone! I finally made it on! I was so sick Sunday and yesterday, stayed home from work yesterday. Don't know if it was just a really bad round of morning sickness, or a stomach bug. I feel much better today though. I'm only gonna make a plan of making sure I get my water in because I just don't know what to expect stomach wise.

Great plans for everyone! Great job on the win! Way to go!!
