Accountability for Thursday:
B: 2 eggbeaters, 2 toast, kiwi, tea w/ honey
L: my soup, turkey sandwich w/ cheese, mustard, tomato, and onion
D: my soup, 3 oz. porkchop, twice baked potato (I only added 1 tbsp sour cream to one potato, mashed it, added garlic salt and pepper, then re-baked, about 130 cal.), one slice grilled pineapple (This is *really* good!!! Take one slice of pineapple, sprinkle on salt and a little cayanne pepper, and grill until warmed and slightly charred. about 40 cal.)
Snack: 1/2 cup pinapple, one slice american cheese
total: 1156 cal.
Dinner was really good!!! I was a little skeptical about the pineapple, but it was delicious!!! A bit spicy, but I like spicy. This would be great with some chicken, or a porkchop, marinated in a Hawiian blend of some kind.
I drank all my water, got my vitamines and meds in on time, and did 1 hour on the treadmill. Today I am going to the salvation army hopefully to get some jeans. Looks like I do need size 4's now. My size 6 and 5 jeans fall off once they get stretched out from wearing them (they are streatch jeans though) DH just told me he is taking me to the mall this weekend because he wants to buy me some clothes for my birthday!!! I need a bathingsuit (for the challenge!!!) and underware(Victoria Secrets for the first time!!) lol Then we are having dinner with some friends!! I can't wait!
Have a great day everybody!!! Keep it up!! Only 2 more days!!

Nicole, I also feel your pain. I side with Linsey that "runny" eggs also did me in. But then anything slimy still does.

Michael, I responded to your blog, and feel that just like with Betsy, if you have the calories use 'em even if cheesecake may not be the best choice. Oh yeah, and guess what?! I ready your accountability for yesterday and then started swearing to myself. Guess what I forgot again yesterday? Why oh why is it so hard for me to remember my vitamin?!!!!!!!! I just got finished taking it for today though, thanks for the reminder.

Linsey, can I just start calling you Martha? I'm jealous over your "handiness", lol! Great job on getting the new clothes, I love the Salvation Army. Here everything is 50% off on Wednesdays so I usually hit it the last Wednesday of every month if I need to or not.

Kama, how is it going today? Any better? Miss you yesterday!!

Pandora and Molly, when you gonna come back to play with us again?

Betsy, how you doin'?

Accountability for yesterday:

Before I post this, please beware that my calories for yesteray were VERY, VERY low. I knew I wasn't taking in enough, but because of somethings going on, I just didn't have much of an appetite. I know it wasn't good for me and there are no excuses, but that's what accountability is all about right?

Breakfast:
Quaker Weight control oatmeal: 153

Snack:
Yogurt: 60

Lunch:
Chicken breast and steamed veggies: 220

Supper:
1 cup fat free turkey lunch meat: 89
1 1/2 slices american cheese: 142

Grand total of: 665
Water: 96 oz
Vitamin: nope
Strength training: C5, 6, 7, & 8
treadmill/cardio: 15 min jog (5.2 mph), 7 min walk (3.8 mph)

So the bad news is that I really bombed on the calories yesterday.
The good news is that I am down 2 1/2 pounds this week!!!!!!!!!! I am only going to take a 2 pound loss though since BS doesn't count 1/2 pounds.

Yeah, my Salvation Army has it too, but with going out this weekend, I need them *now* Thanks for the compliment!! I am a SAHM and both my kids are in school now, so I really have to find things to do that make me happy like my kids do, or I will go insane from boredom!! Really, I should be thanking the internet, because without it's wonderful knowledge, I wouldn't try to attempt half the things I do.

WOW!! That is low!! I am under the firm belief, though, that your body tells you what it needs. Just don't let it go over 48 hours. One day isn't going to puit you into starvation mode. Prolonged low calories does that. Although, I think I am remembering that you have been low for a couple days in a row. Better watch that *tisk*tisk*
I'm not gonna bash ya 'cause I do it too

Shoot, I totally forgot to wish you a Happy Birthday! Go get your groove on!!!!!

Thanks for not bashing me, I am doing that enough to myself, lol. I looked back over my food log and this was my intake for the week so far:
Monday-1294
Tuesday-1059
Wednesday-1153
Yesterday-665
Yep, looking kinda low the past couple days. I need to snack more. Thanks for making me realize that I am developing a low cal intake trend. Gonna go have an apple now.
