I'm confused. So you are showing a loss this week? I would adjust your tracker to show your weight (adjust it to 123 for last week) and then adjust it again to show your loss for this week. Unless you are at 118 this week, which is awesome. If my math is correct that would be a 5 pound loss...

I KNEW THIS WAS CONFUSING I DIDN'T ADJUST MY TRACKER, I WILL. OKAY I WENT FROM 119 TO 123(GAINED 4 LBS. LAST WEEK) BUT NOW I'M AT 120. DOES THAT COUNT AS A LOSS, OR DO I HAVE TO GET BELOW MY LOWEST WEIGHT?

No way girlfriend...that counts as a loss! Just like you counted your gain, you get to count your loss! Doesn't matter what stage it came in. Rock that 3 pound loss...you deserve it!

I agree here... I would have responded quicker.. but someone heated up broccoli at lunch and it made me nauseous! So I was in the potty! Trying not to throw up... which I was successful at!!

Yeah, the smell of bacon does me in too.. yeah I have no problems with sweets though! Baby is very much like momma so far!! I can't wait to meet this kid, and watch it's personality! What a kick!

where is the accountability kitties? i better see it tomorrow when i get on here is mine:
b-bagelful and coffee w/ 1 tbsp. ff creamer
l-baked potato w/ 2 slices lunchmeat and 1 slice cheese
s-ice cream cone
d-chicken salad
s-cheesecake
(see my blog for the full story on my feelings for today's meal choices)
1370 cal. on the higher end, but still within my goals
water(not enuf), diet soda(too much), vitamins(did ya get yours anj?)
30 min walk and 30 min yoga.

Mine was eggs!! If I went to a restraunt for breakfast and even caught sight of an over easy or sunny side up egg, I would have to RUN to the bathroom. Funny cause before that, I would eat them all the time, called them dippy eggs. And I can eat them now, but the instant I got preganant, blech.

Great job on accountability!! And I agree, a loss is a loss, even if you gained it first. I think it was probably water weight anyway, bacause that is a lot of up and down to be actual fat. I take a water pill (all natural) every day. I f you are having a problem with water weight you should try them. They really help me!!!
