Yes, I will miss Kama today too

Miss Nicole, are you still going to post accountability even in cheerleader status? I think you should, lol!
I can post what I remember, cuz I'm absolutely pitiful and keeping track.

Yesterday: ummmmm......
B: bowl of honeynut cheerios w/skim milk
S: blueberry bagel w/onion and chive cream cheese
S: cinnamon & brown sugar poptarts (yuck by the way!)
L: jambalaya - used Zatarain's rice mix and polska kielbasa..(will look for turkey kind next time)
S: 3/4 blueberry muffin (that sucker had over 700 calories ) I didn't realize till it was mostly gone
D: 2 hot dogs with s slices wheat bread. kethcup. actually didn't eat it all as it was tooooo salty!!
S: chocolate fudge brownie frozen yogurt

I think that's everything.

Okay, I changed my mind, you are no longer allowed to post accountability because everything you had sounds so yummy I want it all! LMAO. Where is all the fruits (since you don't like veggies)?

LMAO....I don't think blueberries surrounded by bagel and muffin count...but I will help you finish either of them off if that is going to be the justification. Just send them my way!

The bagel was quite packed with blueberries, so I say they count!
