My mom always said it took 3 days for things to hit. It's funny how many times I end up feeling sore and can't figure out why. If I look back it's from lifting some heavy stuff at work like 2-3 days before.
Goals in for the week:
1. Treadmill, water and protein in EVERYDAY.
2. No Meat
3. Keep up the blogging and keep up in the forum.
4. Try to post here more.
5. I'm gunning for about 90% less mental this week.

6. Got my list of goals. I wanna work on the rewards list.
