HI everyone! Haven't been around much , i think I have the blues, can't really put my finger on it but just feeling yukky. I went and weighed in today and shit, I gained 5 lbs.This is were I get so aggrivated about the water weight in my legs. I haven't been taking my water pill the way the doctor told me to and I knew this would happen but gosh I get so tired of pills. I go wednesday for stress test and cardio ecogram. I know I need to get the weight off and I know all the ways to do it but i do good for a while then fail , what is wrong with me???? Well I'm gonna go to bed and pray and try to sleep. ( I start my clinicals for school tomorrow at a nursing home,little nervous)I'm gonna give new gaols for the wek and try with everything I have to follow.Thanks all for listening to me- It helps to get it off my chest.
