Have you tried eating raw veggies while cooking? I suppose that would only work if there are some raw veggies that you like. I'm not wild about cooked veggies myself - but most raw ones I enjoy (including summer squash or slices of red & yellow peppers). Just a thought.

Lyssa, Lara, & Stephen - are you all siblings in real life? If so - do you find some of your habits come from childhood situations? For instance, my friend seriously craves desert after every meal - and it's because her family always had desert after a meal when she was growing up. It's COMFORTING to her - feels like "home". I don't have that problem because my family never had desert after meals, my problem is ice cream. We used to go out for ice cream as a family when I was little - and I think my use of ice cream as a "comfort" food reminds my psychologically of home as well. Anyway - thought it was worth mentioning/asking.

I need to take a video of Austin playing the Wii no wonder he is such a skinny boy. He's all bouncing around and jumping here and there and waving his arms all around. It is so funny. But i need to play the way he does. Looks like a work out!!
