Re: Diamonds 4-Lets Kick it up a Notch
ok, so in being away from here a few days i learned that
1. i wasn't drinking enough water
and
2. if you eat alot of crap you gain weight.
and both lead to
3. feeling tired and slightly off in the tummy
So, this inspires today's challenge:
CHALLENGE FOR THE DAY:
Drink your 8 glasses of water - try and make as many of them pure water as possible
AND
Avoid crap - things that aren't really food - lacking in nutritional value. And, remember it's just for today - give that body a needed break from trying to process the junk.
AND
Take one moment today to stop and just take a few deep breaths while thinking about your intention for the day (like, pay attention to my feelings, or make it through the challenges or just stopping to rest - whatever feels right to you)
I got Austin into a preschool and we may just stay where we are in this place and slow down the fast and furious house hunt which means i can breathe a little more.
