Welcome Tanis and Alexis.....
B: missed it again...I was doing well....I brought yogurt to school and never got to it
L: skim milk and honey bunches of oats cereal, water
S: dark chocolate multigrain granola bar
D: Burritos w/ 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork and lime/corn and bean salsa, shredded cheese and small amount of light sour cream, water w/crystal light
dessert possibly later ... angel food cake, light cool whip and cherries...I bought my husband strawberries because he loves strawberry shortcake but I am weird (as my family tells me) because I don't like strawberries. I don't know why...possibly texture and seeds? I tried recently thinking that I'm an adult now and I like pretty much everything now that I hated when I was a kid....nope, still don't like them.

haha cathy--my boyfriend likes strawberry flavored things but hates actual strawberries as well--weirdos
haha just kidding!!!

so heres an update of how i did today:
Breakfast lunch and my snack of a yogurt stayed the same-
then i opened a package of chocolate graham crackers and kept them by me all day so i almost ate the entire package so that was bad.

then for dinner had the chicken parm and like a third of the pasta i usually eat so thats a small win for me!

and thats it--hopefully i'll get to do this again tomorrow--i have no idea what i'm going to eat yet!

throw those graham crackers out I can't keep stuff like that in the house most days...

the strawberry thing is funny! i tell you all, i NEVER ate so much fruit until i had my kid and now we just have it around all the time. I'm trying to expand, but i'm more of a veggie girl!

Tatiana - i was thinking how healthy your food looks!

And Cathy - I made homemade sauce last night, too. It's for tonight - a pasta puttanesca. i had these 4 tomatoes that weren't gonna make it another day!

Welcome Jenn.

Debbie, I need to start cooking instead of eating raw veggies. I just ordered Tasty Bites online for lunches.

B: two crostini, kefir, one tiny tangerine, one tiny tomato
S: coffee, slice of lowfat turkey, 6 strawberries, a piece of dark chocolate
L: lowfat turkey, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, cucumber, tomatoes, pear, tea with honey.
S: two tofu blintzes, a slice of turkey
D: cucumber, tomatoes, turkey, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, nonfat plain yogurt

I had no time to cook or do anything... work, work, work.
