5/4
B: 2 pancakes, 2 sausage and about 1 cup of leftover hashbrowns, skim milk
L: salad with chicken, tomato, sunflower seeds, shredded cheese and light ranch dressing, water
D: 2 walleye (the last of the fish we caught this summer....now we have to catch more) penne pasta w/sun dried tomoto and cheese sauce

Debbie..the journaling was ok. I had to substitute some stuff because it didn't have what I had, but it was a useful tool. I'm not patient enough to use it every day. I like this forum a lot better. I am still accountable for what I eat.

Debbie, I once bought great packaged Indian food on Amazon.com when they had a sale. Tasty Bite, Kashmir Spinach and Pinjab eggplant. Yummy! Sustained me for two months.

Cathy, pancakes, yum.

ok hello everyone-i'm going to try to do this as well since the food journal feature on here really doesnt help-i always have to input everything because nothing i eat is in there.

Monday 5.5

B: healthy heart kashi cereal and lactaid milk--i believe i ate more cereal then i should have

L: Amy's 3 bean and pasta soup-i beleive it was a cup

Planning on:

S: yoplait strawberry yogurt

D: the boy is going to make chicken parm with pasta- I ALWAYS eat too much pasta so I'm going to have like a couple of bites and tell the boy to take it away! haha

S: 60 cal chocolate pudding

possibly also a nature valley oats and honey bar.
