Actually....I thought it said that too at first. So, I fit in with all those crazy kids! It's years of trying to beat them to the punch first so I'm prepared with whatever they throw at me My husband and my friends sometime say I think dirty too quickly sometimes. I told them I can't help it because high schoolers change everything into an innuendo!

Yeah I was kind of shocked when I checked and see how much I in fact did do. I wish the scale was being kinder but bottom line is I feel sooooo much better and I know inches and stuff as well as body fat % is coming down!

April Total: 2349 mins

May

01 - 61 mins cardio
02 - 118 mins cardio and weights
03 - 55 mins 5K run/walk cardio

Total: 234 - 2115 to go


Debbie: We have similar goals it would seem...I'm going to use you for motivation!

And ladies, we are all machines, look at us go, Im so proud of this group, you guys are super motivating and super CRAZY great!

1. 49 minute "amped" cardio, 4 team challenges and 60 vsitups, 30 crunches with weights, and 60 bridges.
2. 55 minute "power" taebo, 4 team challenges,and 60 vsitups, 30 crunches with weights, and 60 bridges, and 60 triceps lifts
3. 65 minute 5 mile Leslie Sansone walk, 4 team challenges

May (minutes to beat...1596)
1: 30 minutes, 2 miles Leslie Sansone, 60 minutes 4 miles Leslie Sansone
I challenged myself to wake up early 2x this week and I did it...now next week will be 3x, 20 push ups
2. Leslie Sansone, 4 miles= 60 minutes, 50 sit ups
3. 1 hour Leslie Sansone: 30 min. walk and kick and 30 minute high intensity walk with 2# weights
