Gotcha about the minutes. Kama, tell Ted that a good night sleep is very important to avoid migraines.

Yes, poor sleep is related to migraines according to the doc from the headache clinic I am going to.

Great start to the month everyone.
I am starting my month off with a dang sore knee. Grrrrrr

Tatiana sorry about the migraines. Glad to hear you are going to a clinic for them.

Kama you'll have to let us know how that DVD is when you get it.
I am very curious.

Debbie who could blame you for avoiding laundry AND dishes
especially during naptime when its so peaceful.


1. 65 mins. Leslie Sansone 5 miles, 40 mins. Biggest Loser DVD, 17 mins. ball exercises
2. 50 mins. weights and ab work, 17 min. ball exercises

I challenged myself to wake up early 2x this week and I did it...now next week will be 3x
2. Leslie Sansone, 4 miles= 60 minutes
